The Agriturismo La Tamerice (country house The Tamarix) country house was established in the Summer 2011. A thorough and sound renovation of an old farmhouse, recovered the original structure and at the same time improved its comforts thanks to today's building techniques, such as macro porous transpiring plasters and new thermal isolations. An old warehouse has been turned into a common recreational hall for all our hosts.
Our accommodation offers hospitality in 2 independent apartments with private facilities, "la Salvia" and "la Lavanda".
They are furnished with care of details in a sober and modern style. The bedrooms furniture has been specially made by an artisan workshop in the nearby Serra de' Conti.
Both the apartments are provided with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, living room with sofa, WIFI internet updated in 2021 with the high speed FWA technology.
The first floor apartment "la Lavanda" has a nice fireplace.
Situated on a smooth hillside, from the country house your sight will reach on the nearby hills, their trees, their crops, the typical farm houses, shining with the season colors... up to glancing the unmistakable hump profile of the Monte Conero, towards South-East.
The house is plunged into a private garden where fig, pomegranate, apricot, olive trees etc. produce the genuine fruits of our land. A few parking spots are available.
